What it does

It does not take payments or book courses. Money goes to you the way it always has; Trip Caddie keeps the score.
Questions organisers ask
Do players need an account or an app?
No. Only the organiser needs an account. Players open the group invitation, enter their name and choose I’m in, Maybe or Can’t make it. Email is optional. They then save their personal trip link. If the organiser has set a trip password, they will also need that password.
How do I invite my WhatsApp group?
Create your trip, then choose Share to WhatsApp on the Overview, or Copy invitation link and paste it into your group chat. You do not need to enter everyone’s name first. Share the group invitation with the group; send personal links only to the player they belong to.
Can I add names first or invite someone individually?
Yes. Expand Add players manually to add one person, or expand Paste a list of names for a group. Email addresses are optional. Send each existing player their own personal link directly by WhatsApp or email. Both methods use the same player list.
What if someone joins after I have already added them?
If their reply looks like an existing player, it waits for organiser review. The organiser links it to the existing record, adds a genuinely different person or rejects the request. Linking keeps the existing teams and payment records. The player can use Check reply on their invitation page while waiting.
How do players return, and can I close invitations?
Players should save their personal link, or optionally ask for it by email when replying. Organisers can resend an individual link directly. You can pause new group invitations or replace the group invitation link without changing existing personal links. A personal link shared by mistake can be reset separately.
How do I organise a Ryder Cup style golf trip?
Create a trip, set up two teams, assign captains and players, then run Foursomes, Fourballs and Singles matches with live scoring and a Ryder Cup leaderboard. Your group gets a live trip page to follow the action from any phone.
