Questions golf organisers ask
Do players need to create an account to use Trip Caddie?
No. Only the organiser needs an account. Every player gets their own private invite link, sent by email or directly to them on WhatsApp. They tap it and they are straight into the trip, with no signup, no password and no app to download. From that link they can RSVP and add their handicap, room preference and dietary notes themselves.
How do I invite people to my golf trip?
Add your players to the trip, then send their personal invite links in one tap, either as branded emails straight from Trip Caddie or sent directly to each player on WhatsApp. Each link is unique to that player and opens their own personalised trip page.
How do I organise a Ryder Cup style golf trip?
Create a trip, set up two teams, assign captains and players, then run Foursomes, Fourballs and Singles matches with live scoring and a Ryder Cup leaderboard. Your group gets a live trip page to follow the action from any phone.
What golf trip formats does Trip Caddie support?
Trip Caddie supports Foursomes, Fourballs, Singles, Scramble and Stableford formats, covering everything a Ryder Cup style group trip needs.
Is Trip Caddie free to use?
Yes. Trip Caddie is completely free for organisers and players. No subscription, no credit card required.
